Musical Theater is a 1 hour class. Musical theater dance is the study of Broadway dance and dance styles. Young students as well as teens learn choreography from selected musicals. We offer beginner/intermediate musical theater dance. Our focus is on Broadway musicals old and new! Our instructors introduce song and choreography into dance techniques and styles.

What To Wear

It is important for students to wear proper dance attire and shoes so the teacher can critic the dancers’ proper form and alignment and to prevent injury. Long hair is required to be pulled back away from the face. Dangling jewelry is not permitted. Students may wear any color leotard, sports bra, fitted tank, dance pants, hot shorts, etc. with tan jazz shoes.
