Yoga

Please join for a gentle yet challenging yoga class. We will move through the basic asanas (poses) first and then build up to more advanced movements. Yoga is the perfect way to get your mindset right, and get an invigorating work out. No previous yoga experience needed. The class lasts approximately 60 minutes. All you need is a yoga mat, a hand towel, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude.

What To Wear

Comfortable work-out attire.
