Policies
TUITION
At C2D tuition is an annual fee, based on 33 weeks of class. For the convenience of our families we collect this in 9 equal payments, payable on the first of every month September – May. Your commitment to Chance 2 Dance Studio includes keeping your account balances current. All classes must be paid for in advance.
RECREATIONAL INVESTMENT
Your recreational investment includes annual registration fee, monthly class tuition, recital costume fee, and recital fee.
PAYMENTS
Tuition is paid by monthly by check, cash, credit/debit card, or automatic bank draft on the 1st of each month. If you registered and enrolled online and chose automatic payments, the credit card information you entered will be used to pay your fees. All recurring tuition fees are drafted on the 1st of every month. You may change your card at anytime by logging into your account on our website or at the C2D Front Desk. Any changes to your automatic bank draft must be done by the 15th of the month in writing.
LATE PAYMENTS
A $15 late fee will be applied on the 10th of each month if tuition & fees are not paid in full.
REFUNDS
Registration fee, tuition, recital costume fees, and recital fees are non-refundable. There are NO refunds for missed or dropped classes. Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
C2D does not always follow the Van Buren/Greenwood school district’s inclement weather policy due to our operating hours being so different. Please check the website, Facebook, Instagram, or Band for the most up to date information on closing due to inclement weather.
ATTENDANCE
Class attendance is essential and determines the success of a dancer’s progress, sense of accomplishment, technical development and confidence. Absences become critical leading up to the recital, not only for the student but also for fellow dancers. Please partner with us at Chance 2 Dance by remaining committed throughout the full nine month school year. If your child will be absent for any reason, please notify the studio by phone or email. Any missed classes may be made up in any age appropriate class through the end of the current school year.
WITHDRAW
You may withdraw from classes at any time at Chance 2 Dance Studio. Drop requests must be submitted in WRITING and must be received by the C2D office before the 15th of the month. If we do not receive the written request, tuition will continue to be billed.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
Tuition rates are by family.
